By booking services with Space Electrical Services LLC, you agree to the following terms:

• Appointments are confirmed once scheduled, and deposits (if required) must be paid before work begins.
• Payment for completed services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Estimates & Changes
• Estimates are based on the information provided by the customer. Any additional work required will be discussed and billed separately.
3. Customer Responsibilities
• Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
• Any hazardous conditions (e.g., water damage, unsafe wiring) must be disclosed prior to service.
4. Warranty & Quality of Work
• We stand behind the quality of our services. If issues arise due to workmanship, customers should notify us within 7 days of service completion for review and resolution.
5. Limitation of Liability
• While we take great care in all services, Space Electrical Services LLC is not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by external factors, or issues outside the scope of agreed services.

Fulfillment & Shipping Policy
At Space Electrical Services LLC, service appointments are confirmed once booked and completed as outlined in your estimate. We strive to arrive on time and will notify you of any unexpected delays. For projects requiring materials, delivery to the job site is included unless otherwise stated. If we ship items directly, orders are processed within 2–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Customers will be informed of tracking details (if available). Please report any damaged or missing items within 5 business days of delivery.

Refund & Cancellation Policy At Space Electrical Services LLC, we understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Customers may reschedule at no cost with 24 hours’ notice. Payments for completed services are final, but if you have concerns about the quality of work, please contact us within 7 days for review.
